  1. MyLeadSystemPro Wake-Up Call Podcast Feed

    The MLSP Wake-Up Call takes place Monday-Friday at 11am EST and features an industry leader who gives a 10-15 minute program focused on personal development and leadership, as opposed to technical howtos. You do not want to miss out on the information given on the Wake-Up Call, but it may not fit in your schedule all the time.

    POWER USER TIP - Automatically download the MLSP Wake-Up Call and listen anytime. Click over to the MyLeadSystemPro Wake-Up Call Podcast Feed. In the "Subscribe Now!" box, click "Add to iTunes". Now, iTunes will always have the latest call waiting for you when you open it! If you sync with an iDevice, you can listen to the calls while working out at the gym or driving. I really enjoy listening to these calls over plain old music. If you don't use iTunes, simply bookmark the feed using the web browser on your computer or portable device, and you'll be able to listen via the web browser's built in player as long as you have a cellular or wifi connection.

  2. Preview Themes Widget for Custom Campaigns

    As your marketing with MLSP becomes more advanced, you'll eventually want to create your own Custom Campaigns. The System and Product pre-configured campaigns are great, but you can't target specifically using them. Custom Campaigns allow you to target individual companies and leaders. One of the most challenging aspects of creating a Custom Campaign in MyLeadSystemPro is choosing the Theme for the design of your pages. A lot of people make the mistake of trying to choose the page theme on the campaign creation page; this is difficult and slow.

    POWER USER TIP - Use the Preview Themes tool in MLSP to view the Lead, Welcome and Sales page designs all at once (must be logged in). This will save you huge amounts of time and result in a better campaign because you can focus on choosing the right elements instead of struggling on the Custom Campaign screen.

  3. Track Your Leads Using the "t" Variable

    If your marketing takes you into different channels, such as a blog, Facebook, PPC or solo ads, tracking your results is critical to optimizing your campaigns. Without a knowledge of which marketing effort is performing best or from which area of your blog a lead took action you are essentially marketing blind and there is only one end result to that tactic - an empty bank account.

    POWER USER TIP - MLSP provides an internal tracking mechanism called the "t" variable. It allows you to tag each link, ad or image with a special code that you choose. For example, on my blog sidebar where I have my main opt in form, anyone who takes action there will be tagged with a "t" variable value of "jwblog:sidebar". Later, when I look at my leads in MLSP, this value will show up next to the lead's details in the Tracking column and I'll know that my blog sidebar opt in form just produced another lead. If you use Facebook PPC, you might choose a "t" variable value of "fbppc-ad-01-a", which would mean "Facebook PPC Ad #1 version A" (or "B" if you are split testing). To use the "t" variable, simply append ?t=YOUR_CODE (a question mark, the letter t, an equals sign and your code) to your MLSP links. No spaces or whacky characters, keep it simple and only use a-z, 0-9, :, -, _ (colon, hyphen, underscore).

    For example, if you are promoting the Weekly Webinar System Campaign, your link would look like this: http://YOUR_ID.weeklymarketingwebinars.com?t=YOUR_CODE. If you were to do a Facebook status update, your "t" value could be fbstatus:wklyweb, and the link you share would be http://proelite.weeklymarketingwebinars.com?t=fbstatus:wklyweb.

  4. Your "Limited Time Offer" Presentation Link

    They say that "fortune is in the follow up", and with MyLeadSystemPro the fortune is in getting your leads to view the MLSP Presentation. When you follow up with an MLSP lead, the primary question is whether or not he/she watched the MLSP Presentation video (known as /intro). In most cases, the answer to this is "not yet...", in which case you need to get a commitment, give out your MLSP Presentation Link (/intro) and schedule a follow up call. You have two options for the link, 1) you can use your Campaign /intro or the System /intro. Both of these take the lead to the MLSP Presentation, but the System /intro is much better in my opinion because it has the "Risk-Free Trial" badge in the top right corner, and a better looking Sales page.

    POWER USER TIP - For leads that have not yet viewed the MLSP Presentation, use the System /intro link with your unique ID prepended. This will send your lead straight to the MLSP Presentation without any distractions and link the lead to your ID. Your link should look like this: http://YOUR_ID.mlsp.com/intro. Replace YOUR_ID with your unique MLSP ID (username). For example, my MLSP ID is proelite, so my link would be http://proelite.mlsp.com/intro. Your lead will not be required to opt in when using this link, so only use it with in cases where you have his/her contact information already or you know what you are doing.

  5. Your "Direct Order Form" Link

    Similar to the previous tip, there are times when you will need to send a lead directly to the MLSP Order form, such as when a lead asks you how to sign up for MLSP (sometimes people need a direct link). You may also want a direct Order form link when you are linking from a blog post or Resources page on your blog. Not every lead needs to start at the front end of the campaign.

    POWER USER TIP - To send a lead directly to the MLSP Order form use the System /order link with your unique ID appended. This will send your lead straight to the MLSP Order form without any distractions and link the lead to your ID. Your link should look like this: http://mlsp.com/order/mlsp/YOUR_ID. Replace YOUR_ID with your unique MLSP ID (username). For example, my MLSP ID is proelite, so my link would be http://mlsp.com/order/mlsp/proelite.
