I would like to welcome you to my blog by which ever means you came across this site.

I am excited to share with you my formula for online and offline success in network marketing, but first, let me tell you a little bit about how it all happened...

Not too long ago, I was a burnt out casualty of the dotcom era. I realized, perhaps like you, that I was working my life away in order to enjoy a lifestyle that I only experienced through others' pictures of tropical vacations and free-time spent with family.

My life was passing me by and I decided to make a change. I wasn't going to spend another 36 hour shift up all night in front of my computer and have no time left to live life. One day I decided to sell and find a better way...

A long vacation, marriage to my wife and $40,000 in credit card debt later, I realized I needed to get back into the workforce...but not like it was before...this time it was going to be different. This time I was going to do it right!

That's when a friend shared with me a short video about the industry of Network Marketing, and what I saw was a business model that allowed people to enjoy substantial incomes and have free time to live life to its fullest.

I wasn't sure if I was particularly qualified, especially having been more of a techie CEO with zero experience in Network Marketing, but as it turns out the coaching and training by 7-figure earners was free and incredible.

A short six months later, my wife and I joined the list of top income earners in our company and have never looked back. If a person like me can do this, so can you!

Here's a little more detail on how I came to Network Marketing...

Surfer Dude Who Never Heard of MLM

That's right, until June 24, 2008 I had never been exposed to MLM! Growing up in Southern California my friends and I had nothing on our minds but the next big surf swell or a road trip to Baja, Mexico for cheap beer and amazing waves. As a deeply spiritual person, I also had to work through the conflicts with money that many of us incorrectly attribute to leading the spiritual life.

I do vaguely remember stacks of powdered milk and spray foam glass cleaner in a white can with a blue label in my uncle's garage. Looking back, I realize that was Amway stock - my family was garage qualified! By the time I was old enough to be a "potential partner" they were on to other things like "careers."

Full Circle

My 20s were spent as the Floor Manager at the world's largest surfboard manufacturer's retail store where I learned to love working with people. You know those irate customers who come in demanding and arm and a leg? Well I was the one who turned these people into new friends. Later in early 2000, after a long spiritual trip to India, I started an Email Service Provider company where I designed one of the first email publishing platforms. I sold the company in 2004 to return to the simple down to earth lifestyle that I craved.

In 2005, I moved back to my birthplace in Ojai, California, where I currently live with my wife Mihaela Wachsman, her daughter Elizabeth and our two dogs Cody and Asanga.

Network Marketing Finds Me

One of the challenges of living simply is cash flow. In 2008, the bills started to stack up with $10s of thousands in credit card debt and any small emergency would have wiped us out. Just take a look at the beat up old pickup truck I drove then (my wife can't stand it when I bring up that truck!). I was acutely aware of my duty as the householder to support my family, but also knew that I could not go back to 14-18 hour days with occasional 36 hour over-nighters in the IT industry. I had to find a balance. I guess I was ready to receive the gospel of prosperity!

Talk about the Law of Attraction! When June 24, 2008 rolled around, the universe offered me network marketing as a solution to my dilemma. Our good friends told us about a prelaunch network marketing company that fit with our values and had some amazing products. Truth be told, we did not even see the comp plan. My wife saw the introductory video, tugged my shirt sleeve and said, "We're in!". Can't argue with that, can you? Believe it or not I still did not know what this whole network marketing thing was about! It took a month of trainings and meetings for me to get a sense of this industry.
